community for women with energy-limiting conditions
Step 1 — fill in the starter questionnaire to join
It's required for community access. Once you finish, your personal invite link arrives by email and in the Welltory app within a couple of days — no need to wait on this page. Jump to the form.

We are matching women with patterns close enough to feel relevant, but still diverse enough to help you notice new recovery strategies. The goal is quality of fit, not speed.

Clinical team
Our clinical experts review questions from the community and respond to what matters most for your recovery. Ask anything about your symptoms, patterns, or what the data might mean.
Filling these in helps us support you better — your answers shape how we match cohorts, prioritise topics for doctor sessions, and tune the experience around what actually helps women with energy-limiting conditions. They also feed into the broader understanding of Long COVID, ME/CFS, and post-viral fatigue. The first one is needed to join; the rest are gentle check-ins while you're here.
Two short parts: a few basic questions about you, and the DePaul Symptom Questionnaire – Post-Exertional Malaise short form (DSQ-PEM¹), which measures symptoms that worsen after physical or mental activity. Required before joining the community — once you're done, your personal invite link arrives by email and in the Welltory app within a couple of days. You don't need to wait around for it.
You can skip these or take them at your own pace once you've joined. Each one helps us see how you're doing over time and keep the support relevant to where you are.
